Two New Personal Trainers Join the Fit1 Team
The staff at Fit1 is excited to welcome two new members to its ranks, including a new manager: Jamie Vinciguerra and Danielle Stam.
The Auburn and Lincoln Fit1 clubs opened their doors over a year ago, and both clubs continue growing to provide much needed fitness resources to the communities they serve. Jamie Vinciguerra joins the team as a manager for both clubs.
Her passion for fitness stems from her love of helping people reach fitness milestones they didn’t even know were possible. She specializes in working with seniors, cancer survivors and people with scoliosis by helping them regain strength, motion and function, especially after illness or surgery.
She brings her extensive experience to Fit1 from her 12 years of Intel training and planning organizations, six years as a Gold River Racquet Club personal trainer and as a coach for the American Heart Association and Team in Training. She is looking forward to working directly with members and helping create an even better atmosphere for both fitness clubs.
Danielle is the other latest addition to the Fit1 team as an instructor and personal trainer. She has loved working out and exercising for as long as she can remember. She even competed in the Junior Olympics when she was younger for cross country and placed third in the nation! Members may have seen her participate in local races, as she still loves to compete in as many races as she can, from fun runs to mud runs. Some of the classes she teaches are cycling and chiseled.
Both Auburn Fit1 (http://www.auburnfit1.com/) and Lincoln Fit1 (http://lincolnfit1.com/) will continue to grow and add new instructors and personal trainers to meet the needs of members and provide variety in their workouts.
